Shipping Containers Wellington

Wind, Wine, Antiques and Politicians.  A common ground for the Wellington and Wairarapa regions.

The Wairarapa region provides some of New Zealand’s award winning wines grown locally through Masterton and Martinborough.

SEA Containers NZ have been fortunate enough to partner with some leading vineyards in offering modified container solutions for cellar door sales.  Check out one of our customers rave wine reviews - Devotus Wines

Legend has it that Wellington's well-known Parliament building, the Beehive, was actually sketched as a joke. While some say the architect’s paper of choice was a napkin, others claim it was drawn on a cigarette packet.

We have been fortunate enough to work with the American Embassy in Wellington.  A 20FT High Cube shipping container was supplied as a guard control station. Feel free to walk by in Thordon but watch out for the Men in Black.

With SEA Containers NZ’s centrally located depot on Centreport Wellington means we are able to service shipping container sales, hire and modifications in and around the Wellington CBD through to the Kapiti Coast, and back through to both Lower and Upper Hutt. We also have a mini depot located in Greytown which offers easy access to Featherston, Carterton, Masterton and the surrounding regions.

If you’re on hunt for a quality new or used shipping container to lease, purchase or modify please give our Central region manager a call on 027 520 2266 or email
