SEA Containers NZ now has a ready supply of new and used shipping containers stored on Great Barrier Island which are available for purchase.  

If you are a local on the Island, or a ‘mainlander’ with a holiday home that needs secure container storage for your property then please get in touch with Odin who can help advise on what is available.  Please remember that the supply of the containers is dictated by the barge service, so if you want a specific type of container including height and colour, please assist us in providing you with the best service possible and plan ahead.

We deliver the containers on the Island with the HIAB truck run by ‘Scallop’ who is a local legend
