60 x 40FT Container Shelter

This shelter is the big brother of our range. Double truss shelter, erected on 40ft shipping containers (full welding) that will provide an inside measurement of 56ft feet in width. Inside depth is 40ft & 26.6ft of height when erected on 40ft hi-cube shipping containers.

The 60 x 40 sized shelter comes with:

6 Double Trusses – 60 x 2.0mm double truss arches. Spaced 2.44m apart

Purlins – 60 x 1.5mm, 25 x 2.0mm for chord, 50 x 30 x 2.5mm for square tube, 4 x 1.5 for tension pipe

650gsm cover  PVC, UV Resistant & Fire retardant

End flaps mounting aluminum beams, 10mm welded base plate

Crated Dimensions for shipment in two crates are:

3.16 x 1.12 x 1.12cm – 2135kgs each

All Frame parts are galvanized steel pipe. Q235 Rolled

An end wall is available if required

Shelters are shipped from our Tauranga warehouse to you NZ wide.

Each shelter is shipped in two solid crates to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

The container shelters are designed to be re-locatable, so you can simply pack it up, load it in your container(s) and relocate to your next site when either your contract has finished or your lease runs out.
